Running and Life Episode 1 November 09
Running and Life is the monthly, UK-based podcast about running that gives YOU the chance to tell the running community about the race you've just run.
Good race, bad race? Record your thoughts onto an MP3 player, send them to us at runningandlife@hotmail.co.uk and we'll try to add it to the next podcast.
But it's not just race reports - got something important/funny/just plain weird to say about running? Running and Life is the podcast for you!
Here's a list of our podcasts to date, with the relevant charity links:

- Running for 24 hours - the London Sri Chinmoy Self Transcendence 24hr Race 2009
- Running with Eddie - talking to those who ran with Eddie Izzard during his epic run in Summer 2009

Enjoyed listening to that, thanks. Please don't be tempted to extend the time any further. 20 - 30 mins is a good size to fit into the day.
Cheers, mawngyguy.

What a fantastic positive, inspirational and educational idea/service you have going on! Really enjoyed and learned much from the interviews(especially Mark Hainsworth's one regarding injuries and technique).
Many thanks and look forwards to the next installment.
